Hacking Works -

• Supply labour & equipment to hack and demolish existing kitchen cabinets
• Supply labour & equipment to hack and demolish existing kitchen wall and floor tiles and concrete base
• Supply labour & equipment to hack and demolish existing toilet accessories,WC and sink
• Supply labour & equipment to hack and demolish existing toilet wall and floor tiles
• Haulage and debris clearance included

Masonry -

• Supply labour & materials to lay waterproofing membrane for kitchen and bathrooms
• Supply labour & materials to construct 50mm kitchen cabinet base c/w tiles skirting Supply labour & materials to lay new floor & backsplash in tiles.
• Supply labour & materials to lay new floor and wall tiles for bathrooms.
• All raw materials included.
• All tiles are capped at $5 inc gst.
• All bathrooms come with complimentary niche / ledge designs.

Carpentry Works -

• Design, fabricate & install up to 30ft (L) kitchen cabinet in solid plywood & laminate finish
• All bottom kitchen cabinet comes with 20mm single profile Quartz table top finish
• All doors comes with ABS trimmings
• Complimentary stainless steel dish tray c/w hydraulic door
• Complimentary anti-slam hinges for all kitchen cabinet doors and drawers

Vinyl Flooring Works -

• Supply labour & material to lay 5mm European vinyl flooring for living and all bedrooms.
• Removal of previous floor skirtings included

Plumbing Works -

• Supply labour and material to install new hot & cold new pipings in kitchen and bathrooms
• All sink and tap piping connection-works are included
• Supply labour to install 1 set storage heater / instant heaters
• Supply labour to install up to 5 bathroom accessories each including vanity sets  Supply labour to install rain shower sets & bidets for both bathrooms

Miscellaneous Works -

• General washing for the whole house
• To provide haulage of building materials
• Clearing of debris off renovation site
• Laying corrugated board for protection

Painting Works -

• Supply labour and material to paint living, bedrooms & kitchen internal wall using Nippon Vinilex 5000 Paint ( Max 4 Colour )

Electrical Works -

• Supply labour and tools to re-wire entire house
• Supply labour and toolsl to change old to new DB box
• Supply labour and tools to install plugs, switches, lightings and fan points to all areas ( up to 20 units)

Partition Works -

• Supply labour and material to fabricate simple L - Box within Living Room

Door Works -

• Supply labour and new Classic design doors to all bedrooms
• Supply labour and new standard bi-fold doors to all bathrooms
