• Supply labour & materials to lay new floor and wall tiles for bathrooms.

Plumbing Works -

• Supply labour and material to install new hot & cold new pipings in bathrooms
• All sink and tap piping connection-works are included
• Supply labour to install 1 set storage heater / instant heaters
• Supply labour to install bathroom accessories each including vanity sets 
• Supply labour to install rain shower sets & bidets for both bathrooms

Miscellaneous Works -

• General washing for the whole house
• To provide haulage of building materials
• Clearing of debris off renovation site
• Laying corrugated board for protection

Door Works -

• Supply labour and new standard bi-fold doors to all bathrooms
